This series covers all you need to know for the main workout library:
• Stance and basic foot movement
• Punches, elbows, kicks and knees
• Some basic defenses

Make no mistake though, these classes are super challenging and include a variety of challenging strength, endurance and agility exercises.

Intro Classes
  • Intro Class 1: Stance, Straight and Hook Punches, Knees

    Start your striking journey here. This first class will cover your basic stances, how to throw straight and hook punches, and how to clinch your opponent and throw knees to the body.

  • Intro Class 2: Uppercuts and Teeps (Push Kicks)

    This class will cover teeps and uppercuts in great detail. And, of course, ends with a searing leg workout. Enjoy!

  • Intro Class 3: Round Kicks to the Core

    Whether you spent the weekend hiking up mountains or sitting on your lazy butt, this workout is going to really get the hips and legs loosened up. Learn how to pivot and rotate all the way through a round kick, and mixing in some core exercises.

  • Intro Class 4: Basic Elbows and Bottom-Up Strength

    There are many ways to throw elbows, this class covers a hook, uppercut (rising) and overhand elbow. We'll mix these in with other strikes you've learned so far and top it off with some challenging athletic squat variations and ground work.

  • Intro Class 5: Head Movement - Weave and Slip

    Slipping and weaving are the base head movements which will get you out of the way of your opponent's punch, ready to return with your own counter strike. Finish out with some heavy duty ab work!

  • Intro Class 6: Body Punches and Back

    Body punches, as the saying goes, pay dividends. We're covering how to bend the knees and dig into the opponent's body while mixing in some challenging back exercises using just your body weight and a towel.
