FAST Intro 1 - Punches and Knees
This class is a super fast-paced, condensed version of the first intro class. You'll be learning the basics of your stance; the jab, cross and hook punches; and how to clinch your opponent and throw knees to the body.

FAST Intro 2: Uppercuts and Teeps
Uppercuts and push kicks ("teeps", or kicks that drive forward) are the focus of this 20-minute version of the second intro class. Follow along to learn, or refresh your training, at a spicy speed.
