These classes will use punches, elbows, kicks and knees in drills, shadowboxing, combinations and technique work to bring a challenging and fun workout. Every class reviews some key aspects of the technique and includes a huge variety of body weight exercises using nothing more than a towel, chair and your own body. Get to it!

So you know how to strike, but where do you strike from? From your feet of course - so you have to know how to move your feet. Mixing strikes with movement is not only essential, it's a brutal workout while we mix in some bicep and back conditioning.

A different look at throwing strikes: how to throw long and complex combinations on your own. People often have trouble knowing which strikes to throw and when, especially when shadowboxing. We'll go over some easy ways to throw tons of strikes.

We're back into the basics with a boxing-only day, looking at how different punch angles work and stringing them together into combinations. This is still very much a full body workout because good punches require constant use of the legs and core.

Clinch Knees to the Core
Knees like you've never seen them. Controlling your opponent by the neck opens up easy elbows and angles for knees. We're looking at how to throw these knees in close, how to shadowbox with the clinch, and body weight core work to bring it together.
